Apple – the most important kind of fruit in Czech Republic.

Due to its content of fruit pulp, it is also an optimal raw material for apple juice production without losing its healthy fruit proprieties.
Depending on weather course, the apple picking starts in the beginning of September and ends in the beginning of December. When apples are delivered, we first check the quality and subsequently they continue to apple washer. After that they go to apple pulper and created crushed apples is processed on modern pressing machine from company Bucher. There is created naturally dull and turbid so called direct juice from the press. After refining and coarse filtration in naturalness can be the juice filled up into cardboard packs carrying the market name fresh apple juice HELLO. Yet to be in a sustainable state, after to-be decanted it is warmed up for a short time – it inactivates microorganisms without destroying the precious matters in juice itself. If we did not warm it up, the microorganisms could cause juice fermentation. This process is named after the inventor Louis Pasteur – pasteurization.
100 % apple juice, next to aforementioned way of juice production, is produced also from natural apple concentrate that we obtain from pressed-out apple juice by removing water content on vacuum evaporator. For regaining the apple juice, we must add to the apple concentrate the same amount of drinking water that we removed during evaporation process. When producing apple concentrate, we optimize storage capacity and save transport fees which is shown in a favourable price of the final product. Besides, we are able to secure the production of apple juice either excluding picking months or in case of having an apple-crop failure.
